Jim Kemp – Director Customer Care
Jim brings over 25 years of contact center management experience to the Ygnition team, more than 15 of those in the Telecommunications and Private Cable Television industry. Prior to joining Ygnition, JIm held a variety of key management positions with companies such as McCaw Cellular Communications, AT&T Wireless and Cable Plus Management Company. Jim joined the Ygnition team in May of 2007 and is responsible for ensuring an exceptional customer experience for all of our customers.
